On September 14, 2023, the Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Urban Planning and Architecture, Anar Guliyev, received residents of the city of Jalilabad in order to hear the appeals received by regions and ensure their resolution.

Before the reception, the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev was visited, flowers were laid in front of the monument and the memory of the great leader was honored with deep respect.

During the reception, answers were given to residents' questions on the design of mostly non-residential facilities, and the importance of building these facilities within the planned requirements of urban planning legislation was also noted.

Also, other appeals raised by the residents during the reception were recorded, and relevant tasks were given to take the necessary measures for their solution.
