Regarding the Article 75.2 of the Urban Planning and Construction Code, the application shall be sent to the General Directorate for Architecture and Urban Planning under the State Committee for Architecture and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, regarding construction in other cities and regions - to the local executive authority. The following documents shall be attached to the application:
- Copy of the document confirming the right of ownership, lease or use of the land;
- Construction project;
- Copy of extract from the State Register of Legal Entities, if the client is a legal entity or a copy of the ID card if the client is a physical person.
