Permission can be obtained within 15 (fifteen) working days for construction and within 10 (ten) working days for operation of facilities in accordance with the "Regulations for Construction Permissions and Operation of Certain Construction Facilities" approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 28, 2018.
